Недержание мочи после простатэктомии когда пройдет

Наиболее часто после РПЭ встречается стрессовое недержание мочи, которое в зависимости от объема теряемой мочи в сутки подразделяется на 4 стадии: 1 стадия – потеря до 2 мл мочи в сутки; 2 стадия – от 2 до 10 мл в сутки; 3 стадия – от 10 до 50 мл в сутки; 4 стадия – более 50 мл в сутки (объем оценивается с помощью теста с прокладками).

Таким образом, несмотря на наличие различных методов лечения недержания мочи после радикальной простатэктомии, попытки предположить и определить возможный риск и степень развития недержания мочи в предоперационном периоде и использование интраоперационной техники, направленной на профилактику недержания мочи, инконтиненция остается весьма важной, волнующей и сложной проблемой, как для врача, так и для пациента, и требует дополнительных исследований, дискуссий, проб и, к сожалению, ошибок, направленных на то, чтобы радикальная простатэктомия была не только эффективна в плане излечения от рака предстательной железы, но и оказывала минимальное влияние на качество жизни пациента.
